My stay at Hilton Vacation Club Polo Towers Las Vegas had its ups and downs. While I appreciated the central location and had a lovely time enjoying the rooftop pool with its stunning views of the Strip, the overall experience was marred by cleanliness issues and poor customer service. I felt let down by the accommodations and the attitude of some staff members during my visit.

Rooms
5.0
The studio room I was given was smaller than expected, and I found it uncomfortable due to the pull-out sofa bed. There were cleanliness issues as well, such as a used shampoo bottle left in the shower during my entire stay.
Service
5.0
The staff was not as attentive as I hoped they would be. I felt belittled at times during my interactions, particularly when I expressed my dissatisfaction about the room and services offered.
Location
8.0
The location was convenient for accessing major casinos and attractions on the Strip, which I really appreciated. It was a short walk to dining and entertainment options as well.
Dining
5.0
I found the dining options on-site to be limited, and I was disappointed to find that breakfast costs were excessive given the variety of food choices available just outside the hotel.
Facilities
5.0
The rooftop pool was a highlight with its great views, but some facilities were not well-maintained or cluttered, and there were some issues with parking that added frustration to my visit.

5.0/10

I had a mixed experience at Hilton Vacation Club Polo Towers. While the rooftop pool and kitchen amenities made for a comfortable stay, the timeshare presentation was quite pushy and took away from the overall enjoyment. The location was excellent for accessing the Strip, but my initial room cleanliness left something to be desired.

Rooms
6.0
My room was spacious but had issues with cleanliness, including lipstick stains and slow draining sinks. However, I appreciated the full kitchen that was well-equipped for cooking meals.
Service
5.0
The service was hit or miss. While check-in was efficient, the aggressive timeshare sales pitch was overly demanding and uncomfortable, creating a frustrating experience.
Location
8.0
I loved the hotel's central location, making it easy to walk to attractions on the Strip. The proximity to dining options was also a big plus.
Dining
6.0
I found the dining options nearby convenient, although the food quality varied. I would have liked more economical choices available within the hotel, especially for breakfast.
Facilities
7.0
The rooftop pool area was a highlight with great views, but the pool itself felt too shallow for adult enjoyment. I did find the facilities to be generally well-maintained despite some minor wear and tear in common areas.

I recently spent six nights at Hilton Vacation Club Polo Towers, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The spaciousness of the one-bedroom suite was a definite highlight. especially with the kitchen and living area that made my stay comfortable. However, I did face some inconveniences with valet service during an early morning checkout, which was frustrating. That said, the location near the Strip was very convenient, allowing easy access to dining and attractions.

Rooms
8.0
The one-bedroom suite was spacious and included a kitchen and living room. The decor was nice, although some furniture seemed dated. I found the strong water pressure in the shower really pleasing.
Service
6.0
The staff was generally attentive, but I found the timeshare sales attempts to be a bit pushy. The valet service was lacking during my checkout, which was disappointing.
Location
9.0
The location was fantastic. just a block from the Las Vegas Strip. It was easy to explore nearby attractions and restaurants, making it ideal for my travel plans.
Dining
7.0
While there wasn't a full dining facility, the kitchenette was handy for making quick meals. Plus, many dining options were nearby, so it wasn't a challenge to find food.
Facilities
8.0
The pool area was a nice retreat, and having access to laundry facilities was a big plus. I appreciated the clean and well-maintained ambiance throughout the hotel.

I had a pleasant stay at Hilton Vacation Club Polo Towers Las Vegas, largely due to the spacious accommodations and the great location just off the Strip. The pool area was clean and enjoyable, perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. However, I was turned off by an overly pushy timeshare sales pitch at check-in, which detracted from an otherwise enjoyable experience.

Rooms
8.0
The rooms were spacious and well-maintained, featuring a full kitchen that was perfect for family meals. I appreciated having a king bed in the master bedroom and a comfortable pull-out sofa in the living area. Overall, it felt more like an apartment than a hotel room.
Service
6.0
While the staff was generally friendly and attentive, I found the timeshare presentation pitch to be too aggressive, which was frustrating.
Location
9.0
Polo Towers is conveniently located just a short walk from the Strip, making it easy to access many major attractions and dining options without worrying about transportation.
Dining

The on-site shop offered great coffee and snacks, which was a nice convenience. However, I would have loved more dining options available within the hotel itself.
Facilities

The rooftop pool area was a highlight, providing a relaxing atmosphere with beautiful views of the city. However, the elevators were a bit slow, which could be inconvenient at times.
